CNEP Bank Mobile Banking Application Review

The CNEP Bank Mobile application offers you banking services anytime, anywhere. With a 24/7 service, there is no need to visit a branch for your day-to-day operations.

Manage your bank accounts easily and independently. Access your accounts, check your credit status, and make transfers freely.

This application is free to use, and access to your accounts is granted using the same credentials as the e-Banking website.

The application consists of two spaces:

• A public space providing access to peripheral services (Guides, Offers, Our Branches).
• An authenticated space accessible via e-Banking credentials, offering services such as:

1. Check account balances and recent transactions
2. Search for transactions in your account statement
3. Access and share your bank identification number (RIB)
4. Track exchange rates and convert currencies
5. Communicate with your bank via messaging
6. View your cards and statements
7. Make transfers and sign remittances (real-time interbank transfers)
8. Manage beneficiaries
9. Locate bank branches and ATMs
10. Block cards (real-time)
11. Order checkbooks
